Establishing confidence that our votes are being counted as they are cast.

These are the MAIN Kauai County election concerns

EVERY Kauai citizen should be concerned about RIGHT NOW!

Election results from electronic voting machines cannot be validated because:

There is no CHAIN OF CUSTODY of Ballots in Kauai County elections.

10 to 15% of the ballot signatures were mismatched or not available to be officially observed and they were “approved valid” behind closed doors.

In the 2020 Kauai General Election there was a 10% ballot count discrepancy between the county and state ballot tallies. This 10% discrepancy was never investigated, explained satisfactorily or rectified.

The counting of the ballots is not done by the people of Kauai. The State uses machines to count our ballots. We are not able to verify that election results are accurate.

We are told the machines are not hooked up to the internet, but election officials have admitted
they are.

Learn about the weaknesses of the current election audit procedures

THE PRE ELECTION AND POST ELECTION PERIOD AUDIT procedures are designed so that if fraud or mistakes occur they would not be able to be discovered by the current audit processes. In fact, the 10% ballot count discrepancy of the election of 2020 was not discovered by the current “audit” procedures.
